The MGRID Accounting package provides a XML-based back end for translating disparate Grid Scheduler Log formats into a common format defined by the Global Grid Forum's Usage Record Working Group. Scheduling logs from PBS, Condor, and potentially others are translated and ingested into a accounting database, accessible to a web front end. MGRID provides an example Java Servlet and a fully featured Chef portlet that allows users to query on their own usage statistics, and allows administrators to query on resource usage statistics. This project leverages and extends the functionality of the PBS Accounting Package.
