 home > projects > walden Overview Walden is an XAXML based authorization engine, which supports fine-grained authorization policies and temporary binding of users to local guest accounts. Walden eliminates the need to manage authenication and authorization on a per-resource basis, and allows resource administrators to control the amount of resources they dedicates to a large pool of users by limiting number of guest user accounts. Walden uses a defined callout mechanism to replace the Globus Toolkit grid-mapfile with it's more extensible architecture. Related Links
